Unforgettable moments
Positive:
Hammocks for siesta under the pine trees overlooking Camucia valley: what a luxury!

Midnight pool party at the top of Cortona: ladies’ cocktails heavily spiked.

Spur of the moment pianists/composers playing the minimalist piece “Five on One”

The only seafood restaurant in Cortona across from the pizzeria on the first evening

After the last concert, reception and photos, disco in the basement in Cortona
Not so positive:
Anne’s splitting headache the first night at Cortona: allergies or air pressure from high elevation? After tylenol relief from Brian and sudafed pills from Lisa, she finally bought antihistamines from a local chemist.

Evening rock concerts from Camucia valley could be heard in Cortona. If you can’t beat them, join them.

24 hour train strike 21-22 July 2007: only regional trains were running but Cortona was a local stop and not served.
